How fast do you reply?
We aim for a substantive reply within one business day where possible. Complex categories or multi-origin briefs may need an extra day so the right trade lead can review the file.
What should I include in the first message?
Category and spec (or a short BOM), target corridor or port, incoterm preference, annual or trial volume, and when you need material on site. Attachments help; we can follow up for gaps.
Is there a minimum order size?
There is no fixed MOQ on paper — feasibility depends on factory MOQs on the lane. Share realistic volumes and we quote against real slots, not generic lists.
Which regions and product areas do you cover?
We run factory and corridor sourcing across many regions; the catalogue on this site shows typical verticals. If your lane is unusual, say so in the brief — we will say clearly if it is not a fit.
